Bamboo Matcha Whisk
A bamboo matcha whisk is the best tool to use to dissolve matcha green tea powder into your water. It works much better than using a spoon or any other type of stirring stick. Bamboo whisks have a long history, but are now only used for making matcha. Our bamboo whisks come from the famous green tea region, Anji County in Zhejiang Province. Anji county is also famous for growing many different types of bamboo. Good quality bamboo is chosen and dried and sliced into very thin strips to create the bristles. More bristles can help the matcha powder completely dissolve, and will create more foam on the surface as you whisk the matcha into the water.
