White Tea

White tea is prepared by withering and naturally drying fresh tea buds and leaves and is considered a cooling tea by traditional Chinese medicine. White tea is traditionally from Fujian Province with four main types: silver needle, white peony, gong mei, and shou mei. Within these four categories, there are different grades of each. We offer only the best grades of three of the categories.
