A simple yet exquisite draining tea table made from African ebony. The water-resistant hardwood has been smoothed into a long rounded rectangle with a removable panel on top for water runoff and ease of cleaning.
The holes for water drainage in the top panel of the tray take the form of three koi fish carved out in negative space, as well as the holes in the seedpod of a lotus. The only other details are a tiny brass dragonfly about to land on the lightly carved outlines of the lotus pod and leaf.
For extended service, this tea table comes with a drain tube attachment that connects to the reservoir in the base and can be drained into a bucket below the table. Remove gold screw closure before attaching tube. Has four small feet on base.
