Huang Mei Gui (Yellow Rose) is a highly floral variety of tea bush that complements the heady roast of the rock wulong style with a creamy, rose-like aroma that persists through many infusions.
An economical choice for rock wulong that doesn’t compromise on flavor or aromatics.
Huang Mei Gui was developed by crossing the Huang Guanyin and Huang Dan tea cultivars at the Fujian Provincial Tea Research Institute. This cultivar tends to flush earlier than popular bushes like Shuixian and Rougui, and it is often among the first yancha available on the market every season.
No chemical fertilizer, pesticide, or herbicide was used in the production of this tea. Click here to read more about our promise to fair trade and the environment.
